About Us

We are not just a program.

Kamp for Kids is a community-driven nonprofit dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and empowering environment for children, youth, and teens of all abilities. What began as a mission to support children on the autism spectrum has grown into a broader movement — one that serves families and young people who are often underserved, overlooked, or in need of a place where they can truly belong.

We are a space where kids and teens are seen, supported, and empowered to grow into who they are meant to become.

Our Founders

Tim & Penni Morton

Kamp for Kids was founded by Tim and Penni Morton, whose vision and commitment have shaped the organization into what it is today. Driven by firsthand experience and a deep understanding of the challenges families face, they created Kamp for Kids to be more than a program — it was built to be a place where kids, children, youth, and teens are accepted, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive.

Their leadership has been grounded in:

What started as a heartfelt initiative has grown into a community that has impacted thousands of families — providing not only services, but a sense of belonging that extends far beyond the programs themselves.
