🌸 Scent-Free Policy

I understand that Kamp for Kids is a scent-free environment. I agree not to wear perfume, cologne, or scented lotion when visiting the center, and I will inform all members of my party of this requirement. This policy protects children with sensory sensitivities.

💳 Payment & Refund Policy

I understand that payment is required in full at the time of registration. This is not a pay-at-the-door event. All registrations must be paid online to confirm your spot.

I understand that all sales are final — no refunds will be issued. In the event of an emergency, please contact us at info@kampforkids.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.

📋 General Terms

I agree to the Kamp for Kids participation guidelines. I understand that K4K staff reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if their behavior is disruptive or unsafe for other children.

I give permission for Kamp for Kids to take photographs or video during the event for use on their website and social media. (Uncheck if you do not consent.)
